Parent-generated record. Many colleges accept complete homeschool transcripts; not the same as an accredited school’s official transcript unless a covering program authorizes it.

FAQ
Is the transcript official?
High-school transcripts and related records in Ascendant are parent-produced tools for your household’s use (applications, your files, your process). Ascendant is not an accredited school and does not issue official school transcripts or diplomas on a school’s authority.
Do I have to change curriculum?
No. Open Saxon, Apologia, Story of the World, or whatever you already chose, the same way you always have. Your curriculum is how you teach a concept. Ascendant helps you see what your child knows, what they are ready to learn, and where to go from here. It does not replace your curriculum.
Why household pricing?
Because real homeschools often have more than one learner, often at different places. You’re not charged per child for the family workspace.
The transcript grows from courses you record.
Keep the curriculum you already use. The PDF is parent-built.
